My eQuals is the official digital credentials platform used by Australian and New Zealand universities. It lets you turn your academic transcript and degree certificate into a single shareable, verified link you can put in any job application. Here's how to get yours, step by step.

Step-by-step guide
Check your student email for a My eQuals notification
When your institution issues your digital transcript, testamur or AHEGS, you'll get an email from My eQuals with a direct link to your document. If you haven't received one, log in to your student portal and order a digital academic transcript.
Click the link and activate your account
Follow the link in the email and log in with your university credentials. My eQuals will send a verification email to confirm your account.
Link a personal email so you keep access after graduation
Go to your name in the top right, open Profile settings, click 'Link another email' and add your personal email. Verify it, then set it as your primary account. Your student login expires 12 months after you finish, so this step keeps your documents accessible long term.
Open the document and click 'Share'
From the Documents screen, or after opening the PDF, click the Share button. You'll see three options: generate a link, send an email with the link, or send directly to a registered university.
Generate a shareable link
Choose 'Generate a link'. You can add an optional access PIN and an expiry date for extra security. Copy the link, paste it into your application or portfolio, and you're done.
